Terms of Supply
These Terms of Supply govern quotations, order processing, material verification, and dispatch for all products sold by Super Bird Nets ("the Supplier").
1. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the dimensions, mesh specifications, and quantities supplied by the buyer.
- Final billing reflects verified physical measurements or certified coil weight (kg) at the time of order cutting and packaging.
- Quotations are typically valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issuance, subject to raw polymer market fluctuations.
2. Custom Cuts & Return Policy
- Custom-Cut Netting: Netting panels that have been cut to specific dimensions upon buyer request cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged once cut from the master roll.
- Unopened Master Rolls & Hardware: Unopened master rolls of shade cloth, sealed cartons of bird spikes, and full rope coils may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of collection, subject to inspection and proof of purchase.
3. Delivery & Inspection
- Goods may be collected directly from our trade counter in Masjid Bunder East or dispatched via local Mumbai tempo / transport logistics.
- Buyers or their designated site representatives are required to inspect the material, twine gauge, and roll counts upon receipt prior to installation.
4. Material Use & Limitations of Liability
- Super Bird Nets is a materials dealer and supplier. The business does not warrant installation work performed by independent third-party contractors.
- Anti-bird netting is designed exclusively for avian deterrence and is not rated for personal fall arrest. Construction safety nets are supplied for debris containment. Buyers are responsible for selecting the appropriate product grade matching their site engineering specifications.
